My relationship with my colleagues improved

Proverbs 3:4, “4 And so find favor and high esteem, In the sight of God and man.”
In the past I used to worry and judge people too fast. As a result, it’s not easy to get along with my colleagues at such a short period. After knowing God, I told God that I wanted to change for the better and I decided to leave everything to Him.

The opportunity to start afresh came when I joined my new company. I decided to change my attitude and the way I see things. By taking the first step to change for the better, God starts to lead me from within my spirit to adjust myself and to relate to people in the right manner step by step. At the same time, I could see the favor that I am receiving from my colleagues.

It only took me a week to develop a close working relationship with all my new colleagues and some of them even offered to share my work load when they felt that I was over loaded with work.

Moreover instead of getting all stressed up with my work, I could feel this inner joy inside of me, which I believe God has placed it in my heart. I believe it is the assurance that I am walking in His will.
