Matthew 7:7-8, “7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
It is remarkable how God has worked in my life. One such evidence is how I became a Christian. Doors of opportunities were being opened to me so that it was possible for me to learn more about His goodness.
I have always wanted to know more about God and divine arrangement made it possible. A mentor friend of mine introduced me to God and from then on, I was really curious to find out more about God.
Soon, I started to work at a retail outlet. My manager was a Christian who shared with me enthusiastically more on the knowledge of God. However there is always this yearning to know more. God is faithful. There was this day when I discovered that one of the customers had accidentally left a book on in my store “Neo Print Machine”. It was one of the best selling titles about Christians’ living, “The Purpose Driven Life”. Excited as I was to read it, I knew the right thing was to wait for its owner to retrieve the book. For a few weeks, no one came for the book. I knew then that this book must be God’s answer to my constant desire to know more about Him. I asked the manager for it and he agreed. Through this book, I started to learn and find out more about God’s goodness.
From that day onwards, I have remained faithful to Him and I know how He is a faithful and creative God who will always answer your desire and hunger to know more about Him through many different channels eg friends, conversations, books, music etc or through divine arrangement just like mine.
